摘　　要：中国共产党自成立以来就十分重视党内纪律的检查与监督工作。党的十八大以来,中共中央在"推动国家治理能力与治理体系现代化"的主题下启动的监察体系改革,其内在逻辑在于坚持党的领导,强化对监察部门自身的监督,实现党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的统一。国家监察体制的推进对于完善监督,实现监督体系现代化、推动反腐败体制机制的创新、加快与国际反腐机构的合作有积极作用。国家监察委员会的改革必将使国家监察工作得到进一步优化,走上国家治理现代化的必由之路。Since its foundation,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has attached much importance to the inner-party work of the inspection and supervision of discipline.Since the18th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee started the reform of supervision system under the theme of“improving the modernization of national governance systems and governance capacity”,of which the internal logic lies in that the reinforcement of the self-supervision of supervision department with the adherence to the leadership of the CPC may achieve the unity of the adherence to the leadership of the CPC,the position of the people as masters of the country and governing the country by law.To promote the national supervision system has a positive effect on the improvement and perfection of the supervision,the realization of the modernization of the supervision system,the promotion of the innovation of the anti-corruption system and mechanism and the acceleration of the cooperation with international anti-corruption agencies.The reform of National Supervisory Commission thus will definitely enable the work of national supervision to be optimized further,and lead to the way to the modernization of national governance.
