摘  要:在保证加工质量的基础上实现高能效加工是机械加工追求的目标,而无颤振切削是保证加工质量的必要条件。本文首先分析机床的能耗特性,提出高速无颤振铣削参数优化模型,使机床的能量利用率最大化。然后提出一种基于切削稳定域上的切削参数优化快速求解方法。结果表明,能量利用率提高了154.5%,总能耗降低了61.5%,加工时间缩短了74.8%。It is the goal of mechanical machining to achieve high energy efficiency machining with ensuring processing quality,and no chatter cutting is the necessary condition to ensure the quality of machining.Firstly,this paper analysed the energy consumption characteristics of machine tool,and high speed chatter-free milling parameter optimization model was proposed to maximize energy utilization.Then,a fast iterative algorithm was proposed to optimize milling parameters based on cutting stability lobe.The experiment results showed that the energy utilization rate was increased by154.5%,total energy consumption was reduced by61.5%,and the processing time was reduced by74.8%,respectively.
