摘　　要：描述了智慧城市的概念和目标,阐述了信息通信技术在智慧城市的运用,及对城市经济、社会、环境、文化需求方面的作用和影响,根据智慧城市的可持续发展目标,提出了评估指标和评价方法。This paper describes the concept and goal of the smart city,the use of information and communicationtechnology described in the smart city,and the city economy,society,environment,and cultural needs of the role andinfluence of the goal of sustainable development,according to the smart city,put forward the evaluation index and evaluationmethod.
