55岁以上人群耳鸣严重程度门诊问卷初步结果分析

摘　　要：目的研究55岁以上耳鸣患者的耳鸣严重程度及其对生活质量的影响。方法研究对象为50例耳鸣患者,均为55岁以上,平均年龄65.1±9.5岁,其中男性29例,女性21例,60岁以上31例,60岁以下19例。使用耳鸣残疾度量化表问卷对患者进行调查和耳鸣残疾度量化评估。结果 50例受调查患者中,32例属耳鸣残疾1级(占64%),10例属2级(20%),4例属3级(8%),2例属4级(4%),2例属5级(占4%)。两组之间,功能性问题(P=0.083)和情绪性问题(P=0.098)均无统计学差异,60岁以下的灾难性得分(P=0.046)显著高于60岁以上组。结论耳鸣可对55岁以上人群情绪造成显著影响,临床护理中应加强针对耳鸣的心理护理和情绪调节。Objective To study the severity and emotional impacts of tinnitus on patients over55years of age as assessedby the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory.Methods Fifty patients over55years of age who were suffering from tinnitusparticipated in the survey(29male and21female).Mean age was65.1±9.5years.Thirty one patients were olderthan and19younger than60years.Medical histories were collected and the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory score was calculated.Results Among the patients,32(64%)were at handicap level1,10(20%)at level2,4(8%)at level3,2(4%)atlevel4and the rest2(4%)at level5.There was no significant difference between patients older than60and those youngerthan60in functional(P=0.083)and emotional(P=0.098)categories,although significant difference was found in catastrophiccategories(P=0.046).Conclusions Tinnitus affects quality of life in patients over55years of age significantly.It is of great importance to address the psychological and emotional status in elder patients who suffer from tinnitus.
