提高基层医院高血压治疗达标率不应忽视噻嗪类利尿剂

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合应用氢氯噻嗪利尿剂对提高社区高血压控制率的效果。方法:收治高血压患者90例,常规治疗不理想后,联合使用氢氯噻嗪治疗。结果:小剂量的噻嗪类利尿药对空腹血糖、尿酸、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、电解质无明显影响。与其他降压药物联合应用后,可将高血压降低到理想水平。结论:在基层医疗单位,噻嗪类与其他抗高血压药物联合使用是获得和保持理想的目标血压水平的好方法,可以降低医疗费用。Objective:To investigate the effect of combined use of hydrochlorothiazide on the control of hypertension in community.Methods:90patients with hypertension were selected.They were treated with hydrochlorothiazide after conventional treatment not ideal.Results:Low dose thiazide diuretics has no significant effect on fasting blood glucose,uric acid,total cholesterol,triglyceride and electrolyte.When combined with other antihypertensive drugs,hypertension can be reduced to the desired level.Conclusion:Combined thiazide with other antihypertensive drugs in primary care units is a good way to obtain and maintain the ideal target blood pressure level,and it also can reduce medical costs.
