无痛人流与药物人流的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨药物人流以及无痛人流对终止早期妊娠的效果。方法:收治行人流手术患者180例,随机分为药物人流组80例和无痛人流组100例。结果:无痛人流组流产成功率优于药物人流组(P<0.05);无痛人流组患者腹痛情况、不良反应以及患者满意程度均优于药物人流组(P<0.05)。结论:两种人流方法终止妊娠都有着良好的作用,但无痛人流效果更好,且患者腹痛程度较低、术后不良反应少。Objective:To investigate the effect of drug abortion and painless abortion on termination of early pregnancy.Methods:180cases whom accepted abortion surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the drug abortion group with80cases and the painless abortion group with100cases.Results:The abortion rate of the painless abortion group was better than that of the drug abortion group(P<0.05).The abdominal pain,adverse reactions and patient satisfaction in the painless abortion group were better than those in the drug abortion group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both of the methods have a good effect on termination of pregnancy,but the effect of painless abortion is better,with lower abdominal pain and less adverse reaction.
