摘　　要：目的:探讨麻醉无痛后施以大推拿手法治疗急性剧痛型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:收治急性剧痛型腰椎间盘突出症患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用麻醉后大推拿手法治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:在观察组,总有效率、VAS评分、手术时间、术中出血量、椎间隙高度和滑脱程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻醉无痛后施以大推拿手法治疗急性剧痛型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the effect of great massage manipulation in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation with severe pain at painless state after anesthesia.Methods:96patients with acute lumbar disc herniation with severe pain were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with great massage manipulation after anesthesia.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate,VAS score,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,the height of intervertebral space and the degree of slippage were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of great massage manipulation in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation with severe pain at painless state after anesthesia was significant.
