体针配合耳穴揿针治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察体针配合耳穴揿针治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:收治更年期综合征患者84例,随机平分两组,对照组采取口服坤泰胶囊治疗,治疗组采取体针配合耳穴揿针治疗。2个疗程后比较两组患者的治疗效果和Kupperman评分。结果:治疗组患者总有效率(95.24%)远高于对照组(76.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后平均Kupperman评分较治疗前明显降低,治疗后治疗组患者平均Kupperman评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比于口服坤泰胶囊,体针配合耳穴揿针治疗更年期综合征可以显著改善患者症状,疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of body acupuncture combined with auricular point thumbtack needles in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods:84patients with climacteric syndrome were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with oral kuntai capsule.The treatment group was treated with body acupuncture combined with andauricular point thumbtack needles.The therapeutic effect and Kupperman score of the two groups were compared after two courses.Results:The total effective rate(95.24%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.19%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average Kupperman score of the two groups was significantly lower than those before treatment,and the Kupperman score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with oral Kuntai Capsule,body acupuncture combined with auricular point thumbtack needlestreatment of menopausal syndrome can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,and it makes a significant effect.
