血型实验室输血检验的质量控制与输血安全探析

摘　　要：目的:探讨血型实验室输血检验的质量控制与输血安全。方法:收治输血患者310例,分为观察组与对照组各155例,对照组患者未实施输血检验质量控制,观察组实施输血检验质量控制。结果:两组患者输血安全事故主要为职业暴露、配血问题、输血传染病问题、输血前后消毒,观察组患者发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施输血检验质量控制,能够有效提高患者输血安全性,降低输血安全事故的产生率,缩短患者治疗时间,加快患者恢复速度。Objective:To study the quality control and transfusion safety of transfusion test in the blood type laboratory.Methods:310patients with blood transfusion were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group,with155cases in each group.The control group did not carry out the quality control of blood transfusion,and the observation group carry out the quality control of blood transfusion.Results:Blood transfusion safety accidents in the two groups mainly for occupational exposure,blood transfusion,blood transfusion infectious diseases,blood transfusion before and after disinfection.The rate of those accidents in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of blood transfusion quality control can effectively improve the safety of blood transfusion,reduce the incidence of transfusion safety accidents,shorten the treatment time of patients,and accelerate the recovery rate of patients.
