摘　　要：目的:探讨PICC在老年消化道肿瘤患者术后肠外营养中的应用及护理。方法:收治老年消化道肿瘤术后采取PICC留置管患者52例,为其提供肠外营养和护理。结果:52位患者均直接穿刺成功,留置平均时间(75.5±12.5)d,营养状况明显改善。结论:PICC应用在老年消化道肿瘤患者术后肠外营养护理,避免了反复穿刺给患者带来的痛苦,同时降低了对外周血管的损害,减少了医护人员的工作量。Objective:To investigate the application and nursing of PICC in elderly patients with gastrointestinal cancer after operation.Methods:52elderly patients with digestive tract tumor were treated with PICC indwelling tube,and then they were provided parenteral nutrition and nursing.Results:52patients were punctured successfully;the average time was(75.5±12.5)d,and the nutritional status was improved significantly.Conclusion:Application of PICC in elderly patients with gastrointestinal cancer after postoperative parenteral nutrition nursing can avoid repeated puncture pain to patients,reduce the peripheral vascular damage,and reduce the workload of medical staff.
