细节护理对提高神经外科手术护理质量的有效性

摘　　要：目的:探讨细节护理用于神经外科手术护理的效果。方法:收治神经外科患者100例,分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用细节护理。结果:观察组感染率、压疮率等明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比常规护理模式,细节护理用于神经外科术后康复作用显著,为患者创造了更加优越的康复环境。Objective:To investigate the effect of detail nursing in the department of neurosurgery.Methods:100patients were selected from the department of neurosurgery.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,with50cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group were treated with details nursing.Results:The infection rate and pressure ulcer rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional nursing mode,the details nursing care has significantly effect on postoperative rehabilitation in the department of neurosurgeryin.It can create a more favorable rehabilitation environment for patients.
