二尖瓣关闭不全合并脑梗死、脾梗死1例

摘　　要：本文对1例患者的临床表现、病史、实验室检查、辅助检查进行分析。患者有发热、无明显感染源、体重减轻、肝脾肿大、轻度贫血,一度怀疑是否患有淋巴瘤,但上腹部增强CT排除了淋巴瘤的可能。综上,此患本次发病主要还是由于二尖瓣关闭不全引起脑梗死、脾梗死。In this paper,the clinical manifestations,medical history,laboratory examination,auxiliary examination of1patient are analyzed.The patient has fever,no obvious source of infection,weight loss,hepatosplenomegaly,mild anemia,once suspectes suffering from lymphoma,but the enhanced abdominal CT can exclude lymphoma.To sum up,the main cause of this disease is to consider the mitral insufficiency caused by cerebral infarction,splenic infarction.
