基于Mashup技术的农村公路生命安全防护智慧云平台的研究

摘　　要：由于自然地理条件和历史原因,农村公路普遍存在着技术等级低,路况差等状况,而随着城镇化和农业现代化快速发展,农村公路的交通安全状况显得更为突出。本研究基于Mashup技术,引入智慧交通相关知识理念,采用GIS(地理信息系统)和.NET双核心技术,使用B/S模式,混搭式开发农村公路生命安全防护智慧云平台。使用GPS、ARCGIS和百度API二次开发技术采集公路基础数据和隐患点数据,建立空间数据库,进行数据整合,并导入农村公路生命安全防护智慧云平台,通过地图服务器进行发布交通道路信息,使交通主管部门能够对安全隐患进行动态管理。这对于对于提高农村公路的安全性能、保障人民群众生命财产安全具有重要意义。Due to natural and geographical conditions and historical reasons,Rural roads generally showlow technical level and poor road condition.Moreover,with the rapid development of urbanization andagricultural modernization,rural road traffic safety situation is even more prominent.Therefore,BasingMashup technology,this study introduced the concept of intelligent transportation-related knowledge,applied GIS(geographic information system)and.NET dual-core technology,B/S mode.Based on these,it developed the platform of rural roads of life wisdom cloud security.Applying GPS and ArcGIS,Baidusecondary development API technology,this study collected the data on basic road and hidden dangerpoints,established spatial database and integrated it.After that,it is imported into the platform andreleased related information through the map server.So that,the transportation departments candynamically manage security risks.This study is very important to improve the safety performance ofrural roads and protect people's lives and property safety.
