摘 要:用Workbench软件模拟出转向器使用过程中齿轮齿条啮合部位标志点的应力和振动加速度曲线,从而得出了异响的原因是"瞬态间隙"的产生这个结论。实验时固定转向器拉杆的两端,并以一定的转速来回转动方向盘,并测得出转向器壳底的振动加速度,从而将实验和模拟出来的振动加速度进行对比,从而确定模拟的准确性。通过标定法求出转矩和标定点应变之间的关系曲线,并把不大于最大空载力矩所对应的标定点应变最为优化准则,从而得出满足优化准则的弹簧刚度,最后求出"瞬态间隙"和空载力矩随弹簧刚度变化的曲线,从而为最佳弹簧刚度的确定提供依据。Workbench software was used to simulate the steering gear rack joint parts in use process of thelandmark stress and vibration acceleration curve,thereby obtained the sound"transient gap"is the causeof this conclusion.Fixed at both ends of the steering gear lever experiment,and turn the steering wheelback and forth at a certain speed,and it is concluded that the vibration of the steering gear shell bottomacceleration measurement,to experiment and comparing the simulated vibration acceleration,todetermine the accuracy of the simulation.Through the calibration method for the torque and therelationship between the point of strain curve,and no greater than the corresponding point strain racingtorque is the most biggest optimization criterion,to meet the optimization criterion of the spring stiffness,finally find out"transient"clearance and racing torque vary with spring stiffness curve,which providethe basis for the determination of the best spring stiffness.
