摘 要:现有的公路收费亭冬季保温性差,寒冷的亭内环境给收费工作带来较大的困扰。在调研的基础上,结合收费亭温度场的理论分析和ANSYS热学模拟,找出了现有公路收费亭的保温缺陷所在,并针对性地提出了相应的保温改进措施。最后对比研究了收费亭保温改进设计前后的温度分布,仿真结果表明改进措施能有效提高亭内的温度,为提高寒冷地区收费亭的保温性能提供了思路。Because of poor thermal insulation of existing highway toll booths in winter,the coldenvironment inside the toll booths bring large troubles to the charge work.Based on the investigation,and combined with theoretical analysis of temperature field and thermal simulation of ANSYS software intoll booths,heat preservation defects of existing toll booths are found out,and the correspondingimprovement measures for thermal insulation are put forward.The temperature distribution of the tollbooth after the improvement is researched in contrast the former at last,the simulation results show thatthe improvement measures can effectively improve the temperature in the toll booth,and it provides away to improve the insulation performance of the toll booths in the cold area.
