摘　　要：为贯彻落实国家知识产权强国战略,提升浙江省乃至我国虚拟现实产业的竞争力,本文以虚拟现实技术及其四大主要应用领域——游戏体育、医疗卫生、教育培训和航空航天等为研究对象,从国家层面、省级层面、专利权人层面、技术层面开展专利分析研究。明确国内外虚拟现实产业发展态势,分析了浙江省发展虚拟现实产业的优势与存在的问题。最后,基于知识产权战略视角,对浙江省虚拟现实产业的发展策略和科技管理提出了对策建议。In order to implement the national Intellectual Property Strategy,and also to promote thecompetitiveness of virtual reality(VR)industry in Zhejiang province and even in china,the paperinvestigated the VR industry by means of patent analysis approach.The study analyzed the developmentof four main application fields of VR,including sports&games,health care,education and aerospace,from the perspectives of state,province,patentee as well as technology.The development trend of VR athome and abroad was clarified,and the advantages and problems of VR industry in Zhejiang provincewere analyzed.Finally,based on the perspective of intellectual property strategy,countermeasures forthe development of VR industry in Zhejiang were put forward.
