摘　　要：风险三维动态模拟(风险可视化)系统是坚持"风险预控为核心"的理念,采取三维动漫的形式,生成基建、发电现场三维模拟环境,以"小神龙带你了解火电现场风险"为主题,以神华小神龙家族小亮妞卡通人形式,进行电力建设施工、生产作业风险告知,达到可视化、实物化的安全风险告知及培训效果,有效促进员工基本安全技能与安全素质的提升,实现基本建设安全管理超前预防、源头控制,实现以文化为引领,传播国华风险预控体系理念及安全文化的目的,最终实现具有国华永电特色的安全文化品牌,以及企业的长效安全发展机制。Risk3D dynamic simulation(risk visualization)system insists on the concept of"risk pre-con?trol as the core",taking the form of3D animation and generating infrastructure,power generation field threedimensionalsimulation environment."Little dragon take you know belt thermal power field risk"as the theme,in the form of Shenhua little dragon family bright girl cartoon people,carrying out electric power construc?tion,production operations risk disclosure,and the security risks to achieve visualization,physical training ef?fect,effectively promote the quality of basic safety skills and safety of employees,realize the basic construc?tion safety management in advance prevention,source control,implementing to culture as the lead,spreadingGuohua risk pre-control system concept and the purpose of safety culture,finally realizes the safety culturebrand with the characteristic of Guohua Yong Dian and the long-term safety of the enterprise developmentmechanism.
