摘 要:全球气候变暖是当今世界面临的巨大挑战。大规模的碳排放是造成全球温度上升的主要原因。近年来,宁夏冶金行业的发展令人瞩目,成为全球最大的钽铌冶炼加工基地,也是我国主要的电解铝、金属镁及镁合金产地,碳排放问题日益凸显。本文以此为出发点,探讨了产业结构、能源强度对碳排放总量的增加具有抑制作用,加大技术创新与产业结构调整是宁夏发展低碳经济的有效路径。Global warming is a huge challenge in the world today.Large-scale carbon emission is the main cause of global warming.Inrecent years,the development of metallurgical industry in Ningxia is remarkable,and Ningxia has become the world's largest tantalum andniobium smelting processing base,and is also China's main production base of electrolytic aluminum,magnesium metal and magnesiumalloy,so the carbon emission is increasingly prominent.Based on this,this paper discusses the inhibitory effect of industrial structure andenergy intensity on the increase of the total amount of carbon emissions,so increasing technological innovation and industrial restructuring isan effective way to develop low-carbon economy in Ningxia.
