摘　　要：现代物流蓬勃发展,配送中心已然成为物流产业中的关键节点之一,其功能布局合理性直接影响到物流配送的效率和品质。文章介绍了配送中心的定义和规划配送中心的SLP方法,运用实例分析当下配送中心设施布局规划中存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进方案。With the rapid development of modern logistics,the distribution center has become one of the key nodes in the logisticsindustry,its functional layout directly affects the distribution efficiency and quality.This paper introduces the definition of distributioncenter and SLP method,through examples to analyze the existing distribution center facilities layout planning problems,and then putforward the appropriate improvement program.
