被动城镇化的底层群体创业机会影响因素研究

摘　　要：中国城镇化和工业化的快速发展的同时,带来了被动城镇化的底层群体的就业问题。就业是民生之本,以创业促进就业是提高该群体就业的有效方法,而创业的首要问题是创业机会识别。本文分析创业机会理论基础上,构建了被动城镇化的底层群体创业机会影响因素框架,并分析了创业机会识别过程的各个影响因素。研究发现,被动城镇化的底层群体创业主要受创业者特质和创业环境两个方面影响,因此,引导更多的被动城镇化的底层群体创业,要从这两方面出发提出相应的对策。With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in China,the employment problem of the lower level of thepassive urbanization has been brought.Employment is the basis of people's livelihood,and to promote employment through entrepreneurshipis an effective way to improve the employment of the group,and the first problem is the entrepreneurial opportunity identification.Based onthe analysis of entrepreneurial opportunity theory,this paper constructs the framework of the factors affecting the entrepreneurialopportunities of the lower level of the passive urbanization,and analyzes the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial opportunityidentification process.The study finds that this group is mainly affected by two aspects of entrepreneurial traits and entrepreneurialenvironment,therefore,in order lead more bottom groups of passive urbanization to start their business,it need to put forward thecorresponding countermeasures from these two aspects.
