摘　　要：房地产业作为二十一世纪一个充满挑战的领域,有着强烈的吸引力。但是房地产市场具有明显的周期波动,给投资决策埋下风险。文章收集了房地产周期波动指标和城市信息化水平指标相关数据,运用SPSS软件通过对房地产周期波动指标与城市信息化指标的相关性分析,揭示二者间的潜在关系,提出加强城市信息化建设将有助于房地产周期波动趋于稳定。The real estate industry has a strong appeal as a challenging area in the twenty-first century.But the real estate market hasa clear cycle of volatility,which bring risk to investment decision.This paper analyzes the correlation between real estate cycle fluctuationindex and urban informatization level index,and uses SPSS software to analyze the correlation between real estate cycle fluctuation indexand urban informatization index,reveal the potential relationship between the two and propose that the construction of urban informatizationcan help the real estate cycle fluctuations tend to be stable.
