摘　　要："双一流"战略下,大力推进高等教育国际化,全面提高我国高等教育国际化质量与水平,对于我国实现高等教育现代化,成为人力资源强国,具有重要的战略意义与实现价值。本文以昆明理工大学为例,分析实施国际化发展战略的意义、内涵、发展现状及存在问题,并就如何多维发力,加快学校国际化发展进程提出了建议,希望对我国其他高校具有一定借鉴意义。Under the strategy of"first-class university and discipline",to promote the internationalization of higher education andimprove the quality and level has great strategic significance and realization value for realizing the modernization of higher education andbecoming a powerful human resource country in China.This paper,taking Kunming University of Science and Technology as an example,analyzes the meaning,connotation,development status and existing problems of the internationalization development strategy,and putsforward some suggestions on promoting the internationalization development progress,in hope of providing reference for other colleges anduniversities in China.
