摘 要:我国为了实现可持续发展,达到节能减排的目的,国家正尽量使装配式建筑覆盖建筑全行业。由于我国装配式建筑的起步晚于西方发达国家,所以,在学习西方先进的经验之前,首先应认识到我国装配式建筑相比于现场现浇制作的优点及不足,然后,结合目前21世纪互联网、BIM等技术的兴起对中国建筑业装配式建筑的发展方向提出几点合理的建议,预测装配式建筑的未来发展趋势。In order to achieve sustainable development and realize the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction,China istrying to make prefabricated buildings cover the whole industry.Because prefabricated construction started later in China than the westerndeveloped countries,before learning western advanced experience,we should first realize the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricatedconstruction in China compared with the cast-in-place,and then,combined with the rise of the Internet and BIM technology in the21stcentury,some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the development direction of prefabricated construction in China to predict thefuture development trend of prefabricated construction.
