摘　　要：简要介绍国家特大型工程-乌东德水电站地下洞室施工测量控制程序及新技术新工艺的运用,重点阐述地下洞室施工测量的难点、重点及解决方法。This paper briefly introduces the construction and control procedures and the application of new technology in theconstruction of the underground caverns of the Utsende Hydropower Station,and focuses on the difficulties,key points and solutions of theconstruction of the underground caverns.
