摘　　要：本文介绍了防爆电机外风扇动平衡轴的设计过程,并根据其在使用过程中出现的问题,通过改进动平衡轴结构、增加平衡键等优化设计措施,既满足工装实用性又有效提高了外风扇的平衡精度。This paper introduces the design process of the external fan dynamic balance shaft of the explosion-proof motor,andaccording to its problems in the using process,this paper improves the dynamic balance shaft structure,increase the balance key and takesother optimized design measures,which not only meets the practicality of tooling and effectively improves the balance accuracy.
