摘　　要：我国人多地少,切实保护耕地,对于保障粮食安全、实现社会经济可持续发展至关重要。本文在系统思考如何完善耕地保护机制、提升我国耕地保护实效、构建生态粮仓的基础上,提出四点对策建议:一是树立科学的耕地保护理念,构建社会共同责任机制;二是开展建设用地供给侧改革,减少耕地占用;三是推行生态化土地整治;四是加强土壤健康建设。Societal and economic sustainable development is an important part of protecting cultivated land and food security in China.This paper describes measures to perfect the protection of cultivated land and construct an ecological granary.The aim of the paper is to establish scientific concept that support the following:cultivated land protection and a mechanism for common social responsibility,construction land supply side reforms and the reduction of the occupation of arable land,the implementation of ecological land consolidation,and a stronger focus on soil health.
