摘　　要：从地勘工作的发展大势看,长期靠地质勘查资质来封闭市场不利于激发勘查市场主体的活力,不便于与国际勘查市场接轨,甚至不能本质性地调动找矿人的积极性。在国家地勘行业管理部门取消大部分地质勘查资质行政审批后,各类所有制的地勘单位将重新洗牌,地质项目负责人或者首席地质师的作用将凸显,地勘行业协会的职能会加速回归。国有地勘单位要努力顺应取消地质勘查资质后的新变化、新情况,趋利避害,主动作为,探寻新形势下队伍生存发展之路。From the general development trend of geological exploration work,long-term closed markets by the qualifications for geological reconnaissance is not only against unleashing the vigor of the main geological exploration market player,but also is not easy to connect with international geological exploration market.This circumstance is even unable to unleash the creativity and enthusiasm of the ore prospector substantially.This paper introduces that after most of the administrative examination and approval of the qualifications for geological reconnaissance are cancelled by the state administrative department of the geological exploration trade,geological exploration units under all forms of ownership will have to face reshuffle.By doing this,the role of either geological project director or chief geologist will become prominent,and the function of geological exploration industry association will speed up to return.Under this circumstance,the state-owned geological exploration units should make efforts to accommodate to the new change and situations after the cancel of the qualifications for geological reconnaissance,develop their subjective initiative in seeking the team survival and development road under new circumstances.
