摘  要:基于人工合成透明土材料和PIV图像处理技术,开展楔形管桩沉桩及桩端后注浆施工过程的可视化模型试验,测得楔形管桩沉桩过程中桩周土体的位移场,桩端后注浆过程中扩大头的形状和直径等变化规律。研究结果表明:楔形管桩沉桩过程中桩周土体的位移场与等截面桩略有不同,其最大位移发生在桩顶处;桩端后注浆形成长轴与桩深方向一致的椭圆球孔扩张模式;基于人工合成透明土材料和PIV图像处理技术可以有效实现沉桩及桩端后注浆施工过程的可视化,为桩基相关设计与施工提供参考依据并广泛应用于桩土相互作用问题。Based on both transparent soil and PIV technique,one visualization model test on precast tapered pile installation and pile end grouting construction process was carried out.The soil displacement around the tapered pile during pile installation was measured and the shape of the formed enlarged pile base was also observed during pile end grouting process.The test results showed that the soil displacement around the tapered pile was different from that of the uniform section pile.The maximum displacement was located on the top around the pile and the pile end grouting exhibited the typical cavity expansion mode.Transparent soil and PIV technique could visualize the installation and pile end grouting process of tapered pile,provide more information for pile design and construction and would have a wider application in pile-soil interaction problems.
