摘　　要：无极绳连续牵引车是以钢丝绳牵引的一种普通轨道运输设备,适用于长距离、大倾角、多变坡、大吨位等工矿条件下的运输。传统的无极绳连续牵引车因其缺乏可靠的控制装置,不能满足煤矿辅助运输安全性的要求。基于S7-200PLC控制的无极绳连续牵引车,以PLC控制器为核心,配以速度传感器、过卷开关、行程开关、光电开关等装置,实时的进行信号的采集与处理,实现无极绳连续牵引车的速度、过卷保护,并具有自动报警功能,保证煤矿辅助运输的安全与稳定性。The application of the endless rope continuous tractor in the application of coal mine safety transportation, the paper introduces a control system based on S7-200 PLC control, the speed of the system can realize the endless rope continuous tractor, overwinding protection, and has the function of automatic alarm, guarantee the stability of coal mine safety transportation.
