苏黄止咳胶囊治疗嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨口服苏黄止咳胶囊治疗嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎的临床效果。方法 70例嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组采用苏黄止咳胶囊治疗;对照组采用布地奈德混悬液治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,两组患者咳嗽症状积分、莱塞斯特咳嗽问卷(LCQ)评分、诱导痰嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)比例、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)均明显优于治疗前(P<0.01);两组治疗后咳嗽症状积分、LCQ评分、诱导痰EOS比例、FeNO比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组临床总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗不良反应发生率为8.6%,明显低于对照组的31.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊治疗嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎疗效显著,不良反应少,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate clinical effect by Suhuang Zhike capsules in the treatment ofeosinophilic bronchitis.Methods A total of70patients with eosinophilic bronchitis were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group,with35cases in each group.The treatment group received Suhuang Zhikecapsules for treatment,and the control group received budesonide suspension for treatment.Clinical effects wereobserved in the two groups.Results After4weeks of treatment,both groups had obviously better cough symptomscore,Leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ)score,induced sputum eosinophilic granulocyte(EOS)proportion,andfractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)than those before treatment(P<0.01).There was no statistically significantdifference of cough symptom score,LCQ score,induced sputum EOS proportion and FeNO after treatment betweenthe two groups(P>0.05).The difference of clinical total effective rate between the two groups had no statisticalsignificance(P>0.05).The treatment group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as8.6%than31.4%than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion SuhuangZhike capsules shows excellent curative effect in treating eosinophilic bronchitis,along with few adverse reactions.It contains value for clinical promotion and application.
