摘  要:目的探讨超声弹性成像对乳腺癌及乳腺增生性结节的诊断及鉴别价值。方法 43例乳腺疾病患者,根据检查方法不同分为对照组(23例)和观察组(20例)。对照组使用常规超声检查,观察组使用超声弹性成像检查。比较两组乳腺癌、乳腺增生性结节诊断符合率。结果超声弹性成像检查乳腺癌诊断符合率为100.00%,高于常规超声检查的58.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.922,P<0.05);超声弹性成像检查乳腺增生性结节诊断符合率为90.91%,高于常规超声检查的45.45%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.238,P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像在乳腺癌及乳腺增生性结节诊断与鉴别中具有较高准确性,可为临床治疗提供可靠参考,值得推广。Objective To investigate diagnostic and differential value by ultrasonic elastography forbreast cancer and breast hyperplastic nodule.Methods A total of43patients with breast diseases were dividedby different examination measures into control group(23cases)and observation group(20cases).The controlgroup received conventional ultrasound examination,and the observation group received ultrasonic elastographyfor examination.Comparison was made on diagnosis incidence rate of breast cancer and breast hyperplasticnodule.Results Ultrasonic elastography had higher diagnosis incidence rate of breast cancer as100.00%than58.33%by conventional ultrasound examination,and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=4.922,P<0.05).Ultrasonic elastography had higher diagnosis incidence rate of breast hyperplastic nodule as90.91%than45.45%by conventional ultrasound examination,and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=5.238,P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography shows high accuracy in diagnosis and differentiation of breastcancer and breast hyperplastic nodule.This method can provide reference for clinical treatment,and it is worthpromoting.
