妈咪爱治疗小儿便秘的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的对小儿便秘患儿使用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒(商品名:妈咪爱)治疗的效果进行研究分析。方法 112例小儿便秘患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。对两组患儿的饮食结构进行调整,增加蔬果摄入,训练患儿排便;除此之外,治疗组患儿口服妈咪爱治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗5 d时,治疗组总有效率为60.71%,对照组总有效率为41.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周时,治疗组总有效率为94.64%,对照组总有效率为73.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿便秘患儿接受妈咪爱治疗的效果突出,临床中可以进行推广使用。Objective To research and analyze effect by live binary bacillus subtilis particles(Medilacvita)in the treatment of children patients with pediatric constipation.Methods A total of112children patientswith pediatric constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with56cases in eachgroup.Both groups received dietary structure regulation,additional fruit and vegetable intake,and defecationtraining.The treatment group also received oral administration of Medilac-vita for treatment.Curative effectswere compared between the two groups.Results In5d of treatment,the treatment group had total effective rateas60.71%,and the control group had total effective rate as41.07%.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).In2weeks of treatment,the treatment group had total effective rate as94.64%,and the control group hadtotal effective rate as73.21%.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Medilac-vitashows remarkable effect in treating children patients with pediatric constipation,and it is worth clinical promotionand application.
