探讨脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤的康复护理方法及效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的康复护理效果。方法 86例脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象,所有患者临床治疗中均进行康复护理,观察护理效果。结果护理后患者的生活能力评分为(86.25±3.54)分,高于护理前的(62.51±3.85)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者临床接受康复护理能够提高治疗效果,促进患者的健康恢复,对患者生活质量有改善效果,可以推广使用。Objective To investigate rehabilitation nursing effect for spinal fracture complicated withspinal cord injury.Methods A total of86spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury patients as studysubjects all received rehabilitation nursing during their clinical treatment.Their nuring effects were observed.Results After nursing,the patients had higher activities of daily living score as(86.25±3.54)points than(62.51±3.85)points before nursing,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionRehabilitation nursing for spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury patients can improve curative effectand accelerate health recovery.This method shows improving effect for quality of life in patients,and it is worthpromoting and applying.
