探讨优质护理干预用于小儿支气管肺炎患儿护理对肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿支气管肺炎患者接受优质护理对肺功能改善效果。方法 60例小儿支气管肺炎患儿,随机分成对照组和观察组,各30例。观察组患儿接受优质护理服务,对照组患儿接受常规护理服务,对比两组患儿肺功能改善情况及临床疗效。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率为93.33%高于对照组的76.67%,观察组患儿的肺功能改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管肺炎患儿接受护理干预能够让患儿的护理效果提升,改善患儿的肺功能,值得推广。Objective To investigate improving effect by high quality nursing for pediatricbronchopneumonia patients.Methods A total of60children patients with pediatric bronchopneumonia wererandomly divided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The observation groupreceived high quality nursing service,and the control group received conventional nursing service.Comparison weremade on lung function improvement situation and clinical curative effect in two groups.Results The observationgroup had higher total effective rate in clinical treatment as93.33%than76.67%in the control group,and theobservation group also had better improvement in pulmonary function than the control group.Their difference hadstatistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for pediatric bronchopneumonia patients canpromote nursing effect for children patients and improve their pulmonary function.So it is worthy of promotion.
