中医药管理体制的改革方向

摘　　要：本文阐述了中医药管理体制中存在的各种问题,认为管理主体不明确、管理体系不完善、管理梯队不健全、配套制度不匹配等问题制约了中医药事业发展。提出将中医药事业上升到国家战略高度,理清改革思路,形成发展合力,在健全管理组织体系、推动《中华人民共和国中医药法》顺利实施、完善人才培养机制等方面发力,促进中医药行业持续健康发展。This paper introduces the formation process of the management system of traditional Chinese Medicine in China,expounds some problems existing in the management system of Chinese Medicine,and proposes that Central Government should put Chinese Medicine to the national strategy in order to promote the sustained and healthy development of the industry of traditional Chinese Medicine.
