摘  要:玻璃纤维布对提高隔声性能和增强结构的强度具有重要的影响,本文以双酚A型环氧树脂E51、长链聚醚胺固化剂D400和EWR200型玻璃纤维布,所制备的玻璃钢板为研究对象,利用隔声室测试隔声性能,考察玻璃纤维布层数对隔声性能的影响规律,为玻璃钢板隔声性能层数的优化提供基础理论依据。研究结果表明,随着玻璃纤维布层数的增加,隔声性能不断的提高,变化规律复合单层均质材料的隔声特性曲线,吻合效应向低频移动,同时减弱了阻尼控制区的共振。Glass fiber cloth and enhance the strength of the structure has important effect to improve the sound insulation performance and,this paper to bisphenol a type epoxy resin E51,long chain polyether amine curing agent D400and EWR200glass fiber cloth,the system prepared glass plate as the object of study,using the sound insulation performance of anechoic chamber test.The effects of glass fiber cloth layers to sound insulation effect of and to provide theoretical basis for the optimization of plate glass insulation layers.Research results show that with the increase of glass fiber cloth layers,insulation characteristic curve of sound insulation performance continues to improve,the regularity of changes single-layer composite homogeneous materials,coincident effect like moved to the low frequency,while weakening the resonance of the damping control area.
