摘　　要：本文通过分析一起违法分销贮藏冷冻猪肉案的查处及诉讼过程,总结出动物卫生监督机构应当在规定期限内积极举证、提供行政行为合法有效的全部证据、充分重视听证程序等提升动物卫生监督机构应诉能力的关键要素。Recently,a case of illegal distributing and storing frozen pork was investigated.In order to effectively strengthen the responding ability of animal health supervision institution,the key elements were summed up,including providing positive evidence within time limit,providing all legal and valid evidence of administrative actions,and paying full attention to the hearing procedure,etc.
