摘　　要：旋毛虫病对畜牧业及人类健康造成了严重危害。本文对动物及人类旋毛虫病的诊断方法进行了综述,如病原学诊断方法(包括压片镜检法和集样消化法)、免疫学诊断方法(包括抗体检测、循环抗原检测和蛋白芯片技术)、分子生物学诊断方法(包括聚合酶链反应技术和环介导等温扩增技术)以及基因芯片技术,分析了现有研究方法的优点和不足,为后续寻找更快速、高效、便捷、准确的诊断方法提供理论参考。Trichinellosis caused serious harm to human health and animal husbandry.Diagnostic methods of animal and human′s trichinellosis were introduced in this paper,including etiologic diagnosis methods(including compression microscopy and sample digestion method),immunological diagnostic methods(including antibody detection,detection of circulating antigen and protein chip technology),molecular diagnosis methods(including polymerase chain reaction and loop mediated isothermal amplification)and gene chip technology.The advantages and disadvantages of existing research methods were analyzed,in order to provide a theoretical reference for a rapid,efficient,convenient and accurate diagnostic methods.
