摘 要:笔者研究了以锰酸锂为正极材料,硫酸铅为负极材料,在中性水溶液体系中循环充放的铅锂蓄电池。该体系中,正极材料在1C充放循环条件下,100%DoD循环达到了800多次,80%DoD循环达到了1 400多次。以正、负极片组成铅锂电池体系,在1C充放循环条件下,100%DoD循环近800次。同时测量了正、负极材料在充电终止电压分别为1.80 V、1.75 V和1.70 V时、以1C进行充放循环的初期比容量,以及负极材料在充电终止电压分别为1.80 V、1.75 V和1.70 V时、以1C、3C充放循环的比容量。测试结果表明,充电终止电压降低,放电比容量减少,但减少幅度不大。同时观察到,以锰酸锂与硫酸铅组成电池,将充电终止电压设定在1.75 V进行测试时,循环性能比较稳定,具有良好的应用前景。A new battery system consisting of LiMn2O4as the positive material,PbSO4as the negative active material,and neutral aqueous solution as the electrolyte was studied.The results showed that the cycle life of LiMn2O4as positive materials at1C rate could reach more than800cycles at100%DoD and more than1400cycles at80%DoD.The cycle life of the battery at1C rate based on LiMn2O4and PbSO4in neutral aqueous electrolyte is nearly800cycles.When the end of charge voltage was set at1.80V,1.75V and1.70V respectively,the test of the specific discharge capacity for LiMn2O4and PbSO4at1C rate as well as the test for PbSO4at1C rate and3C rate were carried out.The results showed that the specific discharge capacity reduced with the decrease of the end of charge voltage,but the amplitude of decrease was small.Moreover,when the end of charge voltage was set at1.75V,cycling performance of the battery was relatively stable.It showed great promise for practical application.
