摘　　要：高校党校呈现出鲜明的新常态特征,党校教育面临着提质增效的迫切要求,需要各高校坚守"党校姓党"的阵地意识、秉承立德树人的育人观念,以改革创新举措来应对化解高校党校面临的发展难题。高校应从培养目标的明确、课程体系的重构、教学手段方法的改革和师资队伍的建设等方面入手,提高党校教育的质量和水平。At present,the college Party school shows characteristics of distinct“new normal”,and the Party school education is facing the urgent requirement of the quality improvement,which needs universities to adhere to the principle of“the Party school's family name is'Party'”,inherit the concept of“setting up morality standards and cultivating talents”,and take reform and innovative methods so as to solve those problems.Universities should improve the Party school education through definitely defining cultivation aims,reconstructing the curriculum system,and reforming teaching methods.
