摘 要:目的探讨老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者早期胃管鼻饲流质饮食与精心护理措施的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年7月-2015年11月期间收治的112例老年脑卒中患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各56例,其中观察组患者采用胃管鼻饲流质饮食配合精心护理,对照组患者接受常规护理,比较两组患者的营养状况与并发症发生情况。结果入院后两周,观察组患者的营养状况明显优于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期留置胃管鼻饲流质饮食配合精心护理能显著改善老年脑卒中患者的营养状况,降低并发症发生率,临床应用效果良好,是脑卒中患者的理想护理方法。Objective To explore the effect of early nasogastric tube feeding on liquid diet and carefulcare in elderly patients with dysphagia.Methods From July2014to November2015,112cases of elderly strokepatients admitted in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,the patientswere divided into observation group and control group,56cases in each group.Patients in observation groupwere treated with nasogastric tube feeding on liquid diet and careful care,while the control group received routinecare.The nutritional status and complications of the two groups were compared.Results Two weeks afteradmission,the nutritional status of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,all with statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nasogastric tube nasogastric feeding liquid diet with careful care can significantlyimprove the nutritional status,reduce the incidence of complications of elderly patients with stroke.The clinical application effect is good,it is the ideal nursing method for patients with stroke.
