摘 要:目的探讨生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的价值。方法选取2016年1月-12月我院收治的糖尿病患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组患者采取常规检验,研究组患者采取全自动生化分析仪进行生化检验,对两组患者的诊断有效率进行对比。结果研究组患者的诊断有效率高达95.56%,对照组为77.78%,研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生化检验应用在糖尿病诊断中可以明显提高诊断有效率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the value of biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods Ninety patients with diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from January to December in2016wereenrolled in this study.The patients were divided into control group and study group,with45cases in eachgroup.Patients in the control group were routinely tested and diagnosed.Patients in the study group were receivedbiochemical test performed by the automatic biochemical analyzer.The diagnostic efficiency of the twogroups was observed and compared.Results The effective rate was95.56%in the study group and77.78%inthe control group,and the effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes can significantlyimprove the diagnostic efficiency,which is worth promoting the application.
