乳腺X线立体定位细针引导切检术的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的探究在乳腺切检术中应用X线立体定位细针引导的临床效果。方法选取2008年1月-2012年12月我院收治的乳房包块患者30例,对其临床资料以回顾性的方法进行分析,归纳在乳腺切检术中X线立体定位细针引导的应用价值。结果 30例患者中,26例定位满意,准确率达到86.7%,余下4例患者经过再次定位后病灶顺利切除。结论在乳腺切检术中应用X线立体定位细针引导能够准确地对患者的乳房包块病灶进行定位,为手术的顺利进行提供可靠的诊断依据,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical application of manipulating needle localization biopsywith stereotactic mammography.Methods Thirty cases with breast lump in our hospital from January2008toDecember2012were selected.The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively,and the application value of X-raystereotactic positioning and fine needle guidance in breast cutting operation was summarized.Results Of the30patients,26cases were satisfied,with the accuracy of86.7%,and the remaining4lesions were successfullyremoved after re-location.Conclusion Clinical application of manipulating needle localization biopsy with stereotacticmammography can accurately located breast mass lesions,to provide reliable diagnostic basis for theoperation,which has important value in clinical application.
