摘  要:在高速及小直径涡轮钻具的叶型设计中,采用常规方法难得到令人满意的叶型,而采用奇点分布法来设计涡轮钻具叶型是值得尝试的。根据奇点分布法的设计流程,首先计算了涡轮钻具叶栅的叶片数、绕翼型环量、无穷远处均匀来流速度。其次,选取环量密度分布规律,设计了涡轮钻具的叶型骨线,并采用六次多项式对叶型骨线进行光滑。再次,根据翼型库中翼型的表达方式,研究了沿叶型骨线加厚叶型的方法,得到了有厚叶型,并确定了厚度圆与叶片吸力面和压力面型线的切点计算方法,提供了叶片在制造时的必需坐标点。最后,根据工程数据,设计了某型涡轮钻具的叶型,采用CFD软件对其叶型进行了流场仿真。仿真结果表明叶型性能优良,证明了奇点分布法在涡轮钻具叶型设计中的可行性,特别是对设计高速涡轮钻具更是一种行之有效的方法。In terms of blade profile design,using conventional methods for high-speed and small-diameter turbodrills may be challenging in obtaining a satisfactory blade profile.However,the blade profile design for turbodrills using the singularity distribution method is worth pursuing.According to the design process,the number of turbodrill cascade blades,circulation around the airfoil,and velocity of the uniform inflow at infinity should first be calculated.The distribution pattern of the circulation density is then identified.Subsequently,the blade camber line of the turbodrill is designed and smoothened using a sextic polynomial.Moreover,the approach to thicken the blade profile along the blade camber line is investigated in accordance with the airfoil representation methods in the airfoil base,thereby obtaining a thickened blade profile.In addition,the method to calculate the tangent points between the thickened circle and the profile lines of the blade suction and pressure surfaces is determined to provide the coordinates required for blade manufacturing.Finally,the blade profile for a certain type of turbodrill is designed based on engineering data,and the computational fluid dynamics software is employed to simulate its flow field.The simulation results demonstrate the excellent performance of the designed blade profile,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the singularity distribution method in the blade profile design for turbodrills,particularly with respect to highspeed turbodrills.
