摘  要:设计搭建了一套用于测评空间位阻胺脱硫选择性的装置,在CO_2存在的条件下考察了3种位阻胺TBE(叔丁氨基乙醇)、TBDEE(叔丁氨基二乙氧基乙醇)和AMP(2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇)水溶液的脱硫选择性和再生性能随时间的变化规律。研究发现,3种位阻胺对H_2S的吸收率均大于CO_2,且H_2S吸收率和脱硫选择性随反应时间的延长呈先增大后减小的变化趋势。TBE具有最好的脱硫选择性,其选择因子在22 min时达到最大值34。最后,通过加热回流的方法对胺液进行解吸再生,考察解吸时间对胺液再生性能的影响。结果表明,胺液经过再生后的脱硫选择性低于新鲜胺液。AMP具有最好的再生性能,经过1h再生后对H_2S仍具有85%的吸收率。A set of devices was designed and constructed for the desulfurization selectivity studies of sterically hindered amines.In the presence of CO2,the changing patterns of the desulfurization selectivity and regeneration over time of three aqueous sterically hindered amines-TBE(tert-butylaminoethanol),TBDEE(tert-butylaminodiethoxyethanol),and AMP(2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol)-were investigated.The results showed that the absorption rate of H2S for all three sterically hindered amines was higher than that of CO2and the H2S absorption rate and desulfurization selectivity initially increased but decreased over prolonged time periods.TBE showed the highest desulfurization selectivity,and its selectivity reached a maximal value of34at22min.Finally,the desorption regeneration of these amine solutions was carried out via heating reflux,and the effects of desorption duration on the regeneration capacity of amine solutions were studied.The results showed that the desulfurization selectivity of regenerated amine solutions was lower than that of fresh amine.AMP showed the highest regeneration capacity,for which85%of the absorption rate for H2S was retained even after1h of regeneration.
