更年安神开郁方联合西药治疗肾虚肝郁型更年期综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察更年安神开郁方联合西药治疗肾虚肝郁型更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合标准的患者,利用随机数表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予更年安神开郁方治疗。两组均连续治疗2个疗程,(4周为1个疗程),比较两组治疗前后改良Kupperman症状评分、激素水平变化。结果:总有效率观察组为96.67%,对照组为83.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组Kupperman积分比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);激素水平方面有明显改善,治疗组方面优于对照组。结论:更年安神开郁方联合西药治疗肾虚肝郁型更年期综合征疗效确切,有效改善患者症状,改善激素水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating peripheral menopause syndrome with the Gengnian Anshen Kaiyu Prescription.Method:Randomly devided60examples into treatment group(with the Gengnian Anshen Kaiyu Prescription)and control group(With western medicine only).Results:The statistical analysis of two groups’total efficiency showed significant differences,the total effective rate of treatment group was96.67%,while the total effective rate of the control group was83.33%.Clinical symptoms of Kupperman were obviously improved,and there were statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Two groups after treatment,the level of E2in the blood is raised,while the level of FSH and LH in the blood is lowered,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Gengnian Anshen Kaiyu Prescription can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of menopause and regulate hormone levels in the body.
