摘  要:目的:探究rh GM-CSF联合双黄液外用对大鼠深II°烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法:采用SD大鼠建立深II°烫伤模型,将200只大鼠随机分为4组,即A组覆盖凡士林纱布,B组覆盖双黄液纱布,C组涂抹rh GM-CSF,D组涂抹rh GM-CSF联合覆盖双黄液纱布。再对比伤后4组创面炎症反应,细菌培养与计数。结果:治疗后第7天4组均表现为显著血管化、上皮化,且炎症反应A组最为严重,B、D组最轻;第14d D组愈合率显著高于A、B、C组(P<0.05);第21天D组愈合率显著高于A、B、C组,B、C组显著高于A组,C、D组显著高于B组(P<0.05);伤后第7d A组细菌数量显著多于B、C组(P<0.05);第14天、第21天A、C二组显著多于B、D组(P<0.05)。结论:对于深II°烫伤创面采用外用rh GM-CSF联合双黄液治疗,可有效促进创面愈合,减轻炎性反应,控制生成细菌,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of rhGM-CSF plus the Shuanghuanglian liquid on deep2°scald wound healing in rats.Methods:200rats were randomly divided into4groups:group A was covered with Vaseline gauze,group B covered with the Shuanghuanglian liquid,group C was smudged rhGM-CSF,group D was coated with rhGM-CSF combined with the Shuanghuanglian liquid.Results:After treatment,the healing rate was significantly higher in group A and group B(P<0.05).The healing rate of group D and group B was significantly higher than that of group A and group B(P<0.05)on day14.On day21,the healing rate of group D was significantly higher than that of group A,B,C and B,and group C was significantly higher than that in group A and C and D(P<0.05).The number of bacteria in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and group C(P<0.05).On day14and day21,the number of bacteria in group A and C was significantly higher than that in group B and D(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of deep wound with rhGM-CSF combined with the Shuanghuanglian solution can effectively promote the wound healing,reduce the inflammatory reaction and control the bacteria.
