腰痹痛膏外敷配合电磁波治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腰痹痛膏外敷配合电磁波治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)气滞血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将120例LDH气滞血瘀证患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组电磁波治疗,观察组采用腰痹痛膏外敷配合电磁波治疗。两组患者均治疗2周。结果:两组患者接受治疗后观察组腰腿疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腰痹痛膏外敷配合电磁波治疗能减轻腰椎间盘突出症所致腰腿疼痛,提高疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of the external application of Yaobitong Gao combined with electromagnetic wave in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods:120patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with60cases in each group,the control group patients were treated with electromagnetic wave while the observation group patients were treated with Yaobitong Gao combined with electromagnetic wave,both groups were treated for2weeks.Results:After treatment,the pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yaobitong Gao combined with electromagnetic wave could relieve the pain and improve the effect in treating lumbar disc herniation.
