关节镜下Fast-Fix修复膝关节半月板损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨对膝关节半月板损伤患者实施关节镜下Fast-Fix修复的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析自2013年2月-2014年9月,在我院采用关节镜下Fast-Fix半月板缝合系统缝合修补半月板损伤随访28例。通过症状、体征和Lysholm评分对半月板缝合修复的临床效果及术后并发症进行评价。结果:28例全部得到随访,随访时间12~26个月,平均随访时间15.8个月。手术后均达到临床愈合。术后患者Lysholm评分为(87.51±10.61)分,明显高于术前的(43.51±11.50)分,差异比较存在显著性(t=3.25,P<0.05),治疗优良率为89.29%。并发症包括乱结形成1例、锚合器拔出1例。结论:关节镜下应用Fast-Fix系统修复膝关节半月板损伤具有操作简单、损伤小、固定牢靠等优点,可取得更加理想的疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic repairing of meniscus injury of knee joint with Fast-Fix.Methods:28patients were retrospectively analyzed,the clinical effect and postoperative complications of arthroscopic repair of meniscus injury of knee joint were evaluated through symptoms,signs and Lysholm scores.Results:28cases were followed up for a mean time of15.8months(ranged from12to26months).All patients achieved clinical healing after operation,and the Lysholm score was(87.51±10.61)after operation,which was significantly higher than that before operation(43.51±11.50),(t=3.25,P<0.05).The excellent efficiency was89.29%.The complications included1case of knot formation and1case of pull-out of anchor.Conclusion:Arthroscopic repairing of meniscus injury of knee joint by Fast-Fix had the advantages of simple operation,small damage,and reliable fixation,etc..
