手指操在老年肿瘤患者静脉输液治疗后静脉血管康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察手指操训练对老年肿瘤患者静脉输液治疗后静脉血管康复的效果。方法:将60例患者按参加手指操训练和未参加手指操训练分成常规组和训练组,每组30例。训练组在治疗间歇期,每天10:00~10:30、15:00~15:30,在护士的带领下做手指操训练,坚持3个月,评价两组患者静脉血管康复的效果及患者的满意度。结果:3个月后,训练组患者的静脉血管可见数量增加(χ~2=5.71,P<0.05),静脉血管分级尤其是Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级血管较干预前有显著改善(χ~2=4.40,P<0.05,χ~2=18.08,P<0.01),训练组老年肿瘤患者对护士静脉输液服务态度及操作技术满意度较常规组高(χ~2=8.89,χ~2=19.20,P<0.05)。结论:手指操训练能提高老年肿瘤患者静脉输液治疗后静脉血管的可见数量及血管分级,改善老年肿瘤患者静脉输液治疗后静脉血管的康复,增加了老年肿瘤患者的信心,从而提高患者的满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of finger exercise training on venous blood vessel rehabilitation of elderly patients with tumor after intravenous infusion.Methods:60cases were divided into routine group and training group,30cases in each group.Training group in the treatment of intermittent period,10:00~10:30every day;15:00~15:30,under the leadership of the nurse to do finger exercise training,adhere to3months,evaluation of two groups of patients with venous vascular rehabilitation effect and patient satisfaction.Results:after3months,the number of visible veins training group were increased(χ2=5.71,P<0.05),vein classification especially improve the grade II and III blood vessels than before intervention(χ2=4.40,P<0.05,χ2=18.08,P<0.01),training group of elderly patients with cancer of the nurse service attitude and intravenous infusion operation satisfaction higher than routine group(χ2=8.89,χ2=19.20,P<0.05).Conclusion:the finger exercises can increase the number of visible blood vessels classification of vein intravenous infusion in elderly tumor patients improve after treatment,help rehabilitation of vein intravenous infusion.
